The most expensive property ever sold in the entire suburb of Churchlands was in November of 2021. High profile agent Vivien Yap sold a colossal home at 55 Lakeside Road (in the Floreat Waters Estate) for $4.15 million. The house has since been demolished and has been divided into 6 seperate lots.
